ROI Researcher Resources

  • Grant Reporting

    ROI grantees are required to submit Research Progress and Financial reports, which are due on the date(s) specified in the award letter. Reports should be sent to ROI Governance and Research Administrator, Emily Connelly

    Please use the ROI Research Progress Report Form to share scientific progress since the last report. Additional pages can be attached. 

    For the Financial Report, submit a PDF that reports a comparison of actual vs budgeted expenditures. Indicate any carry over or remaining funds for the grant year, which is based on the award start date specified in the award letter.  

    Research Progress and Financial Reports are reviewed by the ROI Research Committee. Grant payments scheduled to be made after the interim progress report(s) are due are contingent upon the approval of the progress report(s) by the Research Committee.

    Grant Extensions

    Requests for no-cost extensions can be submitted in writing to ROI Governance and Research Administrator, Emily Connelly. The request must include a project status update, the reason(s) why a no-cost extension is necessary, a description of the remaining work, and how remaining funds will be used to complete the work needed.
